Chapter 01
Where my time goes
The title is CTO. The work is hands-on, in four areas:
- Backend API. The service layer the product is built on.
- Report workflows. The path a review takes from input to a finished report.
- EHR integration. Connecting to the electronic health record systems where charts live.
- Deployment and reliability. Shipping changes, and keeping the system dependable once they are out.
